Become the technical frontline at our company, specializing in AI-driven SDLC as a Tier 2 Support Engineer. Engage with customers to troubleshoot and maintain operations across diverse infrastructures.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, utilizing in-depth technical knowledge to assist customers with SSO protocols, API failures, and security challenges. Collaborate closely with R&D to improve product functionality while ensuring smooth setups and minimal disruptions during rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in real-time
• Guide customers through product setup and integration
• Monitor support case queues for timely customer communication
• Improve documentation and deployment tooling
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents
