Tier 2 POS & Dispenser Support Specialist

Link-Worldwide in Monterrey, Nuevo León is seeking candidates to provide operational and technical assistance on dispensers and Gilbarco products. Responsibilities include managing service contractors and resolving tasks daily, such as activations and alarms.

Candidates should ideally have a 2-year technical degree and strong customer service skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Call center experience is preferred.
