Tier 2 NOC Engineer (Hybrid-Nightshift)

Job Summary

The Tier II NOC Engineer is responsible for configuring and troubleshooting Masergy solutions to resolve the customers’ technical concerns. The engineer acts as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, works in a complex networking environment, and ensures smooth network operation for maximum performance and availability. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and to think quickly while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose escalated issues with external customers and network/telecom providers.
