Tier 2 Field Support Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver onsite IT support across client environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows devices and infrastructure
• Support and maintain network connectivity and performance
• Assist with network and infrastructure deployments
• Provide ad‑hoc remote support and maintain clear documentation
