鉄板レストランの担当ステーション/セクションを監督し、一貫性のある高品質な料理を提供し、アウトレットの運営コンセプトとハイアットインターナショナルの基準をサポートする丁寧でプロフェッショナルかつ、効率的で柔軟なサービスを提供していただきます。

To supervise the assigned station / section of the Teppan restaurant, in order to prepare a consistent, high-quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

**Qualifications:**

日本国籍を有し、ホテルまたは大型レストランにおいて、シェフ デ パルティエ(Chef de Partie)として最低2年以上、またはコミ（Commis）として3〜4年以上の勤務経験があること。特にグローバルブランドホテルでの勤務経験があると望ましい。キッチンの衛生管理や労働安全基準に関する包括的な知識が必要を必要とし、Microsoft Officeおよびレシピ管理システムなど基本的なコンピュータスキルを持っていることが望ましい。調理関連またはマネジメントの資格を持っている方は優遇。
