Job Description

The Division of Thoracic Surgery is seeking a full‑time thoracic surgeon. The team is well supported by a multidisciplinary team of respirologists, gastroenterologists, medical and radiation oncologists, and thoracic anesthetists to provide compassionate care. Remuneration is fee‑for‑service as set by the OHIP Schedule of Benefits and Fees, plus an on‑call stipend.

• Participate as an equal member of the division with on‑call duties

Osler is a designated Level 1 centre for thoracic surgery and meets all requirements set out by Cancer Care Ontario. As a centre of excellence for minimal access surgery, we perform more than 95 % of lung resections for primary lung cancer and esophageal resections for malignant disease using minimally invasive techniques.
