The Role
To assist therapist in the preparation of patients for treatment and implementation of selected aspects of treatment under the supervision of therapist.
Key accountabilities
- Prepare patients for therapy.
- Assist therapists in various activities, e.g. walking of patient, splint making, etc.
- Supervise patient in carrying out repetitive exercises.
- Assist in transfers and activities of daily living of patients
- Provide coverage for Administrative Assistant / Porter, if needed
- Monitor equipment / supplies on loan or for sale
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the respective Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience as Therapy Assistant.
