In the capacity of a Therapist and Case Manager, you will provide tailored clinical services to individuals experiencing early psychosis. This position requires a strong understanding of mental illness, psychosocial rehabilitation, and effective communication. Engage with clients and their families while fostering collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and develop personalized treatment strategies
• Offer psychotherapy and supportive interventions
• Deliver community education on mental health initiatives
• Function as a case manager within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain client confidentiality and compliance with policies
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant health field
• 1 year experience in a psychiatric or relevant setting
