1. Therapeutic Oversight

Is involved in indication-specific strategy planning and implementation across the assigned therapeutic area.

Compiles and delivers presentations on lessons learned.

Mentors, trains, and assists department staff in developed strategies and best practices within their assigned therapeutic area.

Participates in external Executive Oversight Meetings.

Joins the Core Project Team within the designated therapeutic area to advise on the therapeutic strategy.

Participates in the evaluation and selection of investigators and sites.

Participates in investigator meetings and various team meetings.

Identifies key project-level risks and escalates to senior management.

Reviews essential study documents.

Assesses performance of team members during bid defenses and provides feedback.

Attends and follows up on internal and external study audits.
