Minimum Requirements:
- Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse
- Post Basic Qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing Science
- Previous Theatre Management or Unit Management experience in a private hospital
- Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
- Sound knowledge of theatre operations, quality assurance, and infection prevention
