Supervisor (Full-time) for our Shoe Co. banner. Reports to Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assume a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
- Facilitate achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity, fostering positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Coach and provide feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
