Job Title: Bartender – Seasons of Tuxedo
Reporting to the General Manager, this position is based at The Rec Room Seasons of Tuxedo, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The bartender will prepare alcoholic drinks, manage inventory, ensure compliance with age restrictions, and deliver friendly, safe and professional service to patrons.
Job Duties
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Wash glassware and utensils after each use.
- Pour wine and beer.
- Collect payment and operate POS.
- Serve food to guests seated at the bar.
- Check identification of guests to ensure age requirements for alcohol purchase.
- Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol, stop serving and arrange safe transportation if needed.
- Clean work area and remove empty bottles and trash.
- Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies.
- Arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays.
