TESTING MANAGER – Telecom OSS/BSS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of experience in software testing / quality engineering.

Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Telecom OSS/BSS testing , including:

• Order Management

• Billing & Charging

• CRM

• Provisioning and integration workflows

Proven experience managing large, multi-vendor QA programs .

Strong expertise in functional, integration, system, and E2E testing .

MUST-HAVE experience with Test Management Tools :

• HP ALM / Micro Focus ALM

• Micro Focus Octane

• JIRA / Zephyr / qTest

Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines , release orchestration, and Jenkins/Git.
