Role Purpose
Join our innovative and dynamic team at Global Payments Solutions (GPS) within the Client Implementation & Integration group.
The role focuses on ensuring that the technical components of client integration projects align with business objectives, delivering robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Main Activities
Develop effective communication with stakeholders, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction with the integration process.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Net Promoter Score, providing valuable feedback.
Communicate with stakeholders at a regional level, ensuring effective internal and external communication on project status, risks, and issues.
Serve as a liaison between Client Service and other stakeholders, including Sales – FIG / Corporate / CMB, GB Global Management, and CMB Regional Teams.
