Test Technician (Aguascalientes)

Job Summary

To support our outstanding teams who create high-quality products and contribute to our growth, we are seeking a Test Technician in Aguascalientes. Your primary responsibility is to provide technical support for SMT lines on ICT/FCT test equipment, as well as analyze equipment output data and implement continuous improvements in the testing area. You will develop programs, implement new products, and follow up on secondary activities to enhance the testing area. Additionally, you will prepare improvement proposals that reflect costs, timelines, and alternative courses of action to meet the company's current and future needs.
