**Your role: Test Team Lead**:
As our Test Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of quality assurance for our Maternity software, used daily in clinics and hospitals across the Nordics. You’ll work hands-on with testing, while also mentoring a small QA team. Your work will directly impact the safety of families during life’s most important moments.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Participate in all aspects of testing: planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve test strategies, plans, and processes.
- Ensure our solutions meet the highest standards for quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
- Support your fellow QA engineer, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.
