Test Manager – Oracle GL

Manage the full testing lifecycle for Oracle GL across SIT and UAT
Define and document the test approach, strategy, and governance framework
Oversee test case creation, quality, and upload into Jira Xray
Run user workshops on test execution and updating results
Work with users to establish daily test execution forecasts and burndown tracking
Facilitate daily SIT/UAT stand-ups
Produce MI reporting including burndown charts, defect metrics, and progress tracking
Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle
Define defect retesting and re-entry into SIT/UAT
Coordinate environments across application owners to enable E2E testing

Financial Accounting: Recording and consolidation of financial transactions
Financial Reporting: Balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow
Period Close & Consolidation: Month-end and year-end processes
