- Define, implement, and manage the overall testing strategy for multiple projects
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of test phases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Manage and mentor Test Leads and their teams, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to align testing with business objectives
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines for testing activities
- Ensure effective risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential testing risks
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any four-year course
- With at least 8 years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles
