We are currently recruiting a Senior Test Leader to join a long-term project within the Banking & Insurance sector, working with international teams and contributing to the delivery of high-quality testing services.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Test Strategy and Master Test Plans
• Coordinate and support Test Analysts throughout the project lifecycle
• Plan, execute and monitor testing activities
• Manage test reporting, defect follow-up and Go/No-Go decisions
• Communicate project status and testing progress to stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing
