Join the Test Team within Auto & General's Technology division — a group of quality-focused professionals dedicated to ensuring the reliability and excellence of our digital products and platforms. The team plays a critical role in the software delivery lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and automation specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes. You'll be leading a team of 6–10 Test Analysts, reporting to the Test Manager, and contributing to a vibrant community of practice that champions continuous improvement.
