Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams (coordination, execution, governance).
• Act as single point of contact (PoC) for testing deliverables and stakeholder communication across regions.
• Define and drive SIT / end-to-end test strategy (scope, data, environments, entry/exit criteria, coverage).
• Manage global defect governance (severity classification, RCA, prioritization, cross-region resolution).
• Run daily triage and quality governance; prioritize defects and track remediation.
• Conduct defect triage across workstreams ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare and manage SDLC-aligned test documentation (Test Plan, Summary Report, approvals).
• Publish consolidated test reports (status, coverage, defect metrics, sign-off readiness).
• Collect testing status from all workstreams and provide unified program-level reporting.
