Job Title: Testing Automation Lead in Banking domain
Location: Oslo Norway Hybrid
Employment Contract Position
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management for complex deliveries which includes both functional and non-functional testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to design and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the reliability, performance and security.
We are looking for a person who has high co-operative skills, takes initiative, has good structure and is solution oriented. You have good technical- and business understanding and high implementation ability. You think strategically at the same time as you get things done. You also enjoy facilitating and improving the ways we work.
