Test Lead - Avaloq Core Banking

Responsibilities

• Leading the project‑based test team, providing hands‑on Avaloq Test Execution activities and enabling it to deliver the highest level of quality across our testing services and practices.
• Collaborating in defining and maintaining the Test Policy and Test Plan.
• Managing customer relationship with appropriate communication and coordinating testing activities with the customer Test Manager.
• Working closely with project manager, development teams, and other stakeholders to manage risks and issues.
• Providing effort estimations and tracking the test effort to ensure adequate staffing.
• Reporting progress to management and clients.
• Managing defects.
• Managing test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment of environment readiness).
