Test Laboratory Engineer (Santiago De Querétaro)

Key Responsibilities Test planning and design: define acceptance criteria and test plans based on product requirements and safety regulations.
Design test environments and fixtures to replicate real‐use and stress conditions.
Procedure development and regulatory compliance: write detailed test procedures and develop test cases for both electrical/electronic and mechanical components and ensure test plans comply with applicable UL and IEC standards.
Test execution and analysis: supervise the execution of tests (including life‐cycle, destructive, environmental and reliability tests), monitor results, detect anomalies and carry out root‐cause analysis to identify design problems or supplier quality issues.
Product and process improvement: propose design corrections and improvements based on test data; work with the product engineering team and the purchasing department to select suppliers or enhance specifications.
