As Test Engineer also will be the responsible of the proper use of equipment in the laboratory, ensuring all equipment are working properly and produces accurate results as required.
The employee will also participates and leads projects for process improvement and new processes implementation, delivering results according to schedule and properly documenting projects and validations of new testing methods as applicable.
**Key Success Factor**:
- Demonstrate ability to plan and coordinate projects to continue developing testing capabilities in metallography lab for production support testing.
- Make synergy with multidisciplinary teams: customers and other departments and sites on the organization to resolve Honeywell manufacturing challenges.
