Responsibilities
- Acts as a technical lead for Test, In-System Test (IST), and Repair functions, providing solutions to complex technical issues. This role is responsible for driving test strategy, supporting production, and ensuring overall test effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Test Process Instructions (TPI) for production.
- Train production operators and technicians on test processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot test failures and perform root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and diagnostic programs.
- Define overall integration and test strategies, including test plans and execution schedules.
- Configure high‑end server systems for testing and validation.
- Design and develop test fixtures and related equipment.
