Test Engineering Supervisor

The Opportunity

As a leader within our PMEE (Product Maintenance and Equipment Engineering) team, you will drive the operational success of our production floor. You will manage a skilled engineering and technical staff, ensuring that our high‑tech testing equipment is sustained at peak performance. This role is central to Allegro’s One Allegro philosophy, collaborating across departments to resolve quality issues, implement continuous improvement projects, and mentor the next generation of technical talent in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead & Mentor: Supervise and direct a team of technicians and engineering staff, conducting monthly one‑on‑one performance reviews and identifying training needs to ensure high efficiency and skill growth.
