Insight Global is seeking Test Engineers to support the development and execution of automated test stations for satellite antenna production within a rapid‑growing aerospace environment in Montreal. This role works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure antenna systems meet performance requirements before deployment and is heavily focused on hands‑on lab‑based testing.
Required Skills & Experience
- BSc (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands‑on testing experience
- Strong foundation in electromagnetics or microwave engineering
- Experience with software development and/or programming for test automation
- Ability to clearly articulate systems tested, testing methods, and objectives
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers and technicians
- Fluent in French (oral and written; required for interviews and client interaction)
