Test Engineer

At USI Mexico, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team as a Test Engineer within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (completed degree) 3 years of experience in the electronics industry (EMS) in Test Engineering Conversational English Experience in: Functional testing ICT / FCT Linux (Shell / Bash) Schematic and Gerber interpretation Validation methodologies (GR&R) Responsibilities: Provide support to production lines Lead and manage test technicians Oversee maintenance of test equipment Manage spare parts and consumables Monitor KPIs: downtime, yield, false failures Perform data analysis focused on continuous improvement (DT, NDF, yield) Implement engineering changes Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams and customers Debug test programs LabVI...
