**Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience as Process Engineer or related- Root cause analysis- Layout management- Materials and time estimation for projects- Time and motion analysis- Understanding and generation of work instructions and operation methods- Projects management and follow up (milestones, deliverables, progress, materials)- Generation of technical reports- Generation and evaluation fixtures / mechanical devices- Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity and electronics- Technical supervision and development (leadership)- Training to operative, technician and supervisor level in operational methods
