The Test Engineer is responsible for driving improvements, optimizations, and development of test stations and equipment, both in software and hardware, to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
This role supports operations through the development of local suppliers, test program creation, and the implementation of validation and release processes for test systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and qualify local suppliers for the procurement of components, spare parts, instrumentation, and fabrication of fixtures and test stations
Design, develop, and maintain test programs and code for new and existing test systems
Improve preventive and corrective maintenance processes for test equipment
Manage, track, and follow up on departmental requisitions
Generate and maintain documentation for new test equipment
Execute validation and qualification processes for test stations
