Test Design Engineer – Monterrey (On‑Site)

Lead the Rig & Fixture Team and develop advanced electric‑mechanical test fixtures for power tools. Support new product development and value projects with PLC, LabVIEW, and robot interface design. Maintain and calibrate reliability test equipment and coordinate advanced test fixture systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rig & Fixture Team.
• Develop and maintain electric‑mechanical test fixtures for power tool testing.
• Design control systems for robots, focusing on PLC and robot interface programming.
• Maintain and troubleshoot FSTC reliability test equipment.
• Execute routine calibration of all FSTC equipment and meters, focusing on electric parameters.
• Prepare and modify technical documents to support the Test Systems Group and Main Test Lab.
