Reed in Partnership is a British, family-owned company that delivers public services across the UK. We are looking for a Test Centre Associate to support the DVSA programme, providing secure assessment for prospective new drivers.

Responsibilities

• Invigilate exams and deliver tests to candidates, ensuring adherence to procedures and guidelines.
• Check candidates’ ID documents and record bookings in the system.
• Maintain the integrity and security of tests.
• Supervise and support candidates during testing.
• Explain the test process and assist with queries.
• Review tests and test centre schedules.
• Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the test centre meets candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and our diversity approach.
• Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing.
