Overview
The Test Bench Technician reports to the Production Foreman. They play a key role in quality assurance of pumps prior to shipment. By rigorously performing performance tests, this individual validates the compliance, reliability, and quality level of the equipment, making this an essential step in ensuring that the product meets customer requirements before delivery. They are also responsible for strictly adhering to all applicable safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform the installation and connection (electrical and piping) of equipment;
- Conduct pump performance testing, including preparation, basic motor inspection, and analysis of performance curves;
- Install equipment in the water dasin using appropriate tools;
- Ensure the maintenance, repair, and proper operation of the test bench and its components;
