Responsibilities
- Assume leadership on test strategy, automation framework, script design, script execution, environment design and advanced Test Management strategies. Improve testing effectiveness, cost and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and gather automation requirements.
- Lead and implement test automation and plan the schedule.
- Lead in reviewing script code and provide guidance on automation best practices
- Research and implement advanced features. Provide consultation on the most complex testing strategies
- Provide training and technical support to the test program users. Develop and enhance the automation skills within the team.
- Design, enhancement and future growth of test automation architecture and framework.
