You will drive the adoption of modern Quality Engineering practices across the full Software Delivery Life Cycle and lead our Test Factory initiative. Beyond technical expertise, you will act as a strategic enabler and influencer, fostering a strong culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will work in a modern technology environment, including frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, and Angular, platforms such as OpenShift and Kafka, and AI‑related R&D innovation.
