Job Description
Provide test development services to the Business Units / Factory as required by New Product Introductions and/or capacity improvement initiative.
Responsibilities
- Definition and development of Test Plans for integrated circuits supporting tester or multisite migration.
- Implementation of Test Plans on a specific tester platform through software and hardware development.
- Pre-production characterization of the test and measurement system, including but not limited to GRR and capability studies, correlation, and electrical guard band analysis.
- Continuous improvement of test integrity and efficiency implementation through periodic review of standards in cost and quality targets.
- Support in implementing test screens for customer and potential customer issues.
