Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability & visibility.
- Lead and coach Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) through daily sessions and field visits.
- Execute trade promotions and ensure accurate implementation of trade offers & discounts.
- Monitor field KPIs (penetration, productivity) and optimize PJPs using tools like Google Maps.
- Foster strong distributor partnerships.
- Track competitor activities and provide insights for business growth and trade optimization.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales and financial claims.
Education
Bachelor’s degree
Experience
1-3 years of relevant sales experience from FMCG industry
