Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual secondary sales targets.
- Appoint new retailers & dealers in underpenetrated towns.
- Execute beat plan; visit retailers, counters, and shops daily.
- Conduct regular plumber site visits and enroll them in loyalty program.
- Collect competitor data and update market intelligence.
- Ensure proper branding, POP material placement at outlet level.
- Share daily activity report on CRM/field app.
- Conduct monthly product demo meets for plumbers (influencers).
Influencer KPI
- Visit 50 active plumbers/month and enroll at least 10/month in loyalty program.
- Conduct 2 weekly plumber meet (10–15 attendees) at retail outlets.
