- Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to achieve territory targets
- Manage key accounts and develop new B2B & B2C customers within the territory
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team to improve performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely reporting, collections, and compliance with company policies
