- Winning, retaining and growing all profitable managed customer accounts, to achieve sales, service and profit targets for specified sales area
- Effectively apply and adhere to the sales process, identify and maximize sales opportunities and win competitor business opportunities
- Drive improvement in the provision of products/services to customers. Positively influence the customers perception through effective representation of BOC in the marketplace
- Collaborate with regional team to resolve any customer or channel conflict and to deliver regional targets
- Working collaboratively with the sales, retail and support functions to deliver targets. Supporting and delivering business strategies
- Comply with BOC Safety Standards and Regulations. Contributing to the overall performance of the Region as a member of the Regional Retail/Sales team
