About the Position

• Provides leadership to a group of clinics by guiding and supporting day‑to‑day operations and patient care.
• Builds strong clinic teams focused on providing an exceptional patient experience.
• Monitors, reports on, and improves clinic performance using key performance indicators.
• Oversees daily staffing and provides relief staffing within clinics as needed.
• Supports and oversees operations of a group of clinics within a specific territory, including staff management, patient support, and performance optimization.
