Regional Field Sales Manager – Catalonia
We are recruiting for a fast-growing European scale‑up with a highly innovative MedTech / SportTech product. To accelerate their expansion in Spain, we are looking for a strong salesperson to lead the Catalonia region.
Your Role: 100% Field Sales & Prospecting
This is a pure field sales job. Your main mission is to open new accounts and build a client base from scratch in your region.
- Active Prospecting: Spend most of your time on the road, visiting healthcare and sports facilities.
- Direct Sales: Find new leads, do on‑site product demonstrations, and close deals.
- Territory Management: Organise your own travel schedule to cover the region effectively.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B field sales.
- Mindset: You are a true hunter. You love prospecting, meeting clients face‑to‑face, and closing sales.
