Your Role

As a Territory Business Manager (TBM) in Baxter’s Advanced Surgery division, you are the strategic owner of your territory and the face of Baxter to healthcare professionals. You will drive growth by delivering value‑based solutions, earning trust through expertise, and enabling surgical teams to innovate in the operating room.
