Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Territory Development Manager - Video Security & Access Control serves as the primary contact for specific video solutions sales initiatives with channel partners in the assigned territory, proactively manages their relationships, implements sales actions and strategies to continuously seek new customers, grow the business and loyalty and achieve the territory's revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously identifying and securing new customers for Video & Access Control products to expand our market footprint.

  • Driving business growth and fostering long-term partner loyalty.

  • Executing strategic initiatives to ensure the territory consistently achieves its revenue goals.
