About the Position
The School of Justice Studies at Lethbridge Polytechnic is seeking two term‑certain instructors. One position will be in the Criminal Justice‑Policing Diploma program and the other in the Conservation Enforcement degree and Natural Resource Compliance diploma programs. Teaching assignments may be across the Centre for Justice and Human Services.
Instructors will be part of a collaborative teaching environment, may teach online courses, and are responsible for curriculum development, assessment, student recruitment and retention, program and college committee participation, and applied research.
Position Details
Criminal Justice – Policing: The instructor should have a strong, extensive background in policing practices and be able to instruct courses such as Law, Career, Investigative Techniques, Specialized Policing, Crisis and De‑escalation, and other courses across the School of Justice Studies.
