Tender/Proposal Manager (O&G, Bids from Initiation to Award)

Job Summary

The role is responsible for leading and managing assigned tenders in accordance with NOV procedures to maximize business opportunities, supporting sales teams in client communications and relationship building, ensuring a consistent and efficient tender process, achieving management objectives in line with business strategy, coordinating effectively with Sales, Procurement, and Operations, and managing tender-related risks in compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned tenders from handover from BD&S until job is secured/lost.
• Support Sales Teams in client correspondence, communication and in building Client relations to maximize current and future opportunities.
• Actively provide input and work with the tender procedures and tools to ensure they are continuously updated according to Tender group's needs.
