GES – Global Energy Services is expanding and seeks a Proposal Manager with expertise in energy storage (BESS) and substation systems to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of technical‑economic proposals for BESS and substation projects from initial phase to final delivery.
• Analyze technical and commercial requirements for tenders and RFQs.
• Define scope, estimate costs and prepare documentation for clients.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to optimize solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in proposal management within the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of BESS technologies and hybrid solutions.
