The Role

In this integral role the Tender Search Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the BDSP department and the broader organization to support engineering and scientific personnel to achieve KGS Group’s business goals and objectives. This is a hands‑on role responsible for searching, identifying, tracking, and distributing relevant bid opportunities for KGS Group to our various offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively search and identify relevant bid opportunities through a variety of online bidding portals (e.g., Merx, Biddingo, Bids & Tenders, etc.) in Canada and the U.S.
• Keep opportunity database updated and circulate new opportunities to the appropriate internal stakeholders, including any addenda or other communications related to active opportunities.
