Tender Engineer (IFM)

Our client is looking for a Tender Cost Estimator (IFM/FM) to join the team. The role will be supporting the company’s growing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business in Singapore.

The candidate will be involved in tender costing, subcontractor sourcing, pricing preparation, and coordination of government and private sector tender submissions.

The company operates within the Construction and Facilities Management industry.

• Working days: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm), Saturday non-working days but on standby when needed (not frequent)

• Prepare tender costing and pricing for IFM/FM projects
• Source quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
